The service was a mix of unfriendliness with a dirty toilet incident but redeemed by the exceptional staff like Crystal at the front desk. The location was perfect, only a 10-minute shuttle ride to the airport, which was incredibly convenient. Although the dining experience was not outstanding, the facilities were good overall.
